World A Cuts Beauty & Barber Institute is a premier barber training school located at 121 N. George Street, York, Pennsylvania. Founded in February 2007 by Mr. Patrick R. Winter, the Institute was created to address the need for highly skilled barbers and to offer comprehensive training for students pursuing a career in barbering and styling.
